"So glad this season went so well - BRAVO to all concerned! I’m only sorry I couldn’t get to more things." Roxanna Panufnik

"The Creation was SPECIAL. I keep boring on at James. It all sounded as though they were doing it for the first time (as indeed they were), so exciting, and it was wonderful." Jane Dodgson

"Another great success and thank you for everything you, James Day and the team have done to put together the Barnes Music Festival. The standard and talent of the performers is exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed it all and there were certainly some very special moments." Susie & Berkeley Gaunt

"I thought it a wonderful festival and I went to most things. Of course everyone likes different things - the early music at the Wetlands was one of my favourites and some people thought it was not for them. I think the mixture of top professional performers some evenings and community based things other evenings is excellent." Lowell Herbert
